New technology: Geothermal Air Conditioning System

Science is progressing leaps and bounds and brings many astonishing technologies in almost every field. The developments in the HVAC system are huge. Almost a century ago, people were amazed to see the huge cool chillers which provided the cool air to the large spaces. Unfortunately for decades, there were no air conditioners for the homes and rooms, as most of the chillers used in preserving enterprises like medicine and dairy. Then the relatively smaller chiller but huge air conditioners came into being for the rooms which consume so much electricity. Humans realized the need for energy-efficient air conditioners and also they should provide clean air to remove the dust and humidity from the space.

Many pieces of research and hectic amounts of work for decades paid the price. Humans are enabled to make compact Air Conditioners with good air quality and beneficial features. But new demands emerged that the air conditioner should be smart and Wi-Fi enabled and can turn on and off smartly. Toshiba is the inventor of the first inverter air conditioner. Initially, technologies are not perfect, researchers and makers of air conditioners always strive to better their products. Still, there is room for betterment but cooling appliances are the best room appliances than the old ones.

Now you can see many technologies such as inverter technology, smart air conditioner technology, better filtration technology, dual inverter technology, split technology, dual split technology, Hybrid technology, smart thermostats, heat, and cool technology, and many more. Here comes the new geothermal air conditioning system which is the most powerful system in terms of cooling and also it consumes the least energy.

What is the Geo Thermal Air Conditioning System????

You have probably heard about the geothermal heat system but geothermal is the two in one HVAC system which cools the air in the summers and provides you the heat in the winters. Geothermal is a more efficient system than any other conventional air conditioning system. Geothermal is basically the underground system that collects the thermal energy deposited by the sun under the ground. It works well in the winters also because earth heat drops less even in the chilly weather. Thus, thermal heat pumps gather the heat from the underground, and then it is the most cost-effective system than any other conventional air conditioners. The only drawback you face is the installation price is very high for this system. You can install the system at a new home easily but in old homes, you have to change the duct system and make the underground piping system.

How Geothermal Heat Pumps Work for heating and cooling????

The Idea of the geothermal heat pumps is quite similar to the air conditioner system. A conventional air conditioner takes the air from the outside and makes it cool or hot. In the geothermal system, temperature conducts fluid moves in an underground loop of pipes. The fluid collects the thermal energy from the earth. In the conventional air conditioner, the hot air passes, and due to the refrigerants, it cools to provide you the cold air. The compressor of the air conditioner hugely performs the process of cooling but in the geothermal heat pumps, the refrigerant moves into the expansion valves. There are many underground coils for the fluid, the cold refrigerant travels through the evaporator coil to cool the air. Thermostats maintain cooling and heating. Cool and hot air passes through the ducts of your home.
